The Beaufort Visitor Center is your first stop before setting out to explore everything the region has to offer. Purchase tickets for one of the local area walking tours or private group tours. The friendly staff at the visitor center is on hand to answer any questions you might have, as well as set up times and reservations for tours.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, guest with AAA/AARP and Best Western Rewards can be offered a discount. This is done at the time of reservation. Some black-out dates and availability may apply. Additionally, these can only be honored should you book with us direct.

How can I request a specific room or make special arrangements?

We want you to have the most comfortable experience. If you have a special request or would like to let us know about a milestone event you are celebrating while visiting, please call us directly to make that request. Not all requests are guaranteed but we will do our best to honor that.

What are your payment policies?

The day of arrival your payment form with be authorized for the full amount of your stay. All major credit cards are accepted. If you have reserved your room with a debit card and are paying with a debit card it will be authorized and a hold will be placed on the account for more than the total cost of the stay. The Best Western Sea Island Inn is not liable for overdraft fees. Cash may be used; however, a valid credit/debit card must be on file and subject to authorization. In any instance should a card be declined the Best Western Sea Island Inn can cancel your reservation. Festivals and special events are subject to different policies.

What do I need to know about check-in and check-out?

Your guestroom is guaranteed to be ready by 3PM. If you are in town before that, you are more than welcome to stop in to see if the room is available to check-in to. If it is not, we will register you, give you a parking pass and acquaint you with town. Requests for early check-in are not guaranteed. Check-out is by 11AM.Late check-outs are not available; however, we can help you with alternative arrangements. Each guest is given the opportunity for an express check-out if we have an email address on file.
